1. How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to antony@aivosoftware.com from the email or phone number connected to your Paperclip account, or include enough information for Paperclip to verify that you control the account.
Include the platform account you want disconnected, the Paperclip account email or phone number, and whether you want a full account deletion or only removal of a connected TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube, or Apple account.
2. Disconnecting platform accounts
When a connected platform account is disconnected, Paperclip stops requesting new data from that account unless you connect it again. You can also revoke Paperclip access directly inside the relevant platform's account settings.
3. Data we delete
- General profile and account data that is no longer needed.
- Disconnected platform account tokens and refresh access.
- Non-required campaign drafts, support notes, and analytics tied to the deleted account.
- Platform data that is not required for audit, dispute, fraud, legal, or payout records.
4. Data we may retain
Paperclip may retain limited campaign, ledger, payout, dispute, tax, security, fraud, or legal records when required to protect users, brands, the platform, or payment integrity. Retained records are restricted to the purpose that requires retention.
5. Timing
Paperclip aims to respond to deletion requests within 30 days unless more time is needed to verify the requester, preserve required records, complete fraud review, or comply with applicable law or provider policy.
6. Meta data deletion instructions
For Meta, Instagram, or Facebook app review, this page serves as Paperclip's data deletion instructions URL until an automated provider callback route is live. Users can request deletion by emailing antony@aivosoftware.com with the subject "Paperclip data deletion request".
